WWW Wednesday Header

“WWW” Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted at Taking On A World of Words.

Hi everybody, and welcome to a new WWW Wednesday! For this post, we’ll be answering three questions (the 3 Ws):

  1. What did you recently finish reading?
  2. What are you currently reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

Just Finished Reading
Things We Left Behind by Lucy Score

I recently finished reading Things We Left Behind by Lucy Score as audiobook.

I highly enjoyed this long-awaited installment in the Knockemout series as it was a blast to finally get Sloane and Lucian’s story. It was a great childhood friends to enemies to lovers story with lots of humor, emotions, steam and suspense.

It was bittersweet though, because as much as I enjoyed this book, I’m a little sad that I’ll never get to meet up with these characters again.

Mile High by Liz Tomforde

I recently finished reading Mile High by Liz Tomforde as ebook.

While I was a bit hesitant at first (I almost DNF’ed because the main male character came off as a real douchebag in the first 4-5 chapters. But luckily he quickly came around and I ended up loving him so much) I ended up really enjoying this one. So much so that I dove into book 2 immediately afterwards!

Currently Reading

I am currently reading Foxglove (Belladonna #2) by Adalyn Grace as audiobook.

I fell head over heals in love with Belladonna earlier this year, a gothic YA romance mystery about a girl who can’t die and sees ghosts who gets tangled up in a murder mystery and ends up falling for Death himself in the process. Naturally, I couldn’t wait to pick up the sequel and so far this has been every bit as darkly atmospheric and wonderful as book one!

The Right Move by Liz Tomforde

I am currently reading Mile High (Windy City #2) by Liz Tomforde as ebook.

Like I said, I really enjoyed Mile High so I couldn’t wait to dive into book 2 as soon as I could. I’m not super far yet, but so far I’m loving this one even more than Mile High. Ryan and Indy are such fun characters and I’m loving the opposites attract – forced proximity – fake dating aspect a lot!

Reading Next

As usual, I’m a huge mood reader so who knows what I’ll be reading next? Until the moment I pick up a book, not even me knows. But here are a few possibilities:

What are you currently reading?
Have you read any of these books already?
