10 Fall 2026 Releases On My TBR

20260922 10 Fall 2026 Releases On My TBR

Hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl

Hi everybody, welcome to a new Top Ten Tuesday! Today we’re talking about the books on our fall 2026 to-read list and for me, that is mostly new releases as we have so many to look forward to this fall! So much that it was a little harder to narrow down to just ten, but I did it. So here are ten fall 2026 releases on my TBR:

Dead Beat (Alex Stern #3) by Leigh Bardugo

Release date: 15 September 2026

I AM BEYOND EXCITED FOR THIS RELEASE! This series has been one of my absolute favorites so far and I can’t wait to find out how it all ends. I’m currently still re-reading Hell Bent and after that I’m hoping to dive right in!

Grim Tidings (Ghosted #2) by B.K. Borison

Release date: 15 September 2026

A romance between a grim reaper and a guardian angel? Sign me up!

Well Versed (Well Met #5) by Jen DeLuca

Release date: 22 September 2026

I had no idea there was going to be a new book in this series, but I AM THRILLED! And I just finished my (re-)read of books 1 to 4 in this series, so I am READY πŸ™‚

The Wretched Divine (The Wretched Divine #1) by Adalyn Grace

Release date: 22 September 2026

A warrior bound to an angel and a demon, working together? By the writer that wrote the absolutely delicious Belladonna series? And with that gorgeous character art that’s already been posted on the author’s Instagram? I AM IN LOVE ALREADY.

Threshing Day (The Empyrean #3.5) by Rebecca Yarros

Release date: 29 September 2026

I’m not usually a fan of novellas, but I like the idea of 13 other POVs on threshing day. I’m especially looking forward to Ridoc’s POV!

Bad Words by Rioghnach Robinson

Release date: 6 October 2026

I came to this book because Emily Henry recommended it and then I stayed because it sounds amazing!

Reap & Sow by Charlotte B. Plumb

Release date: 6 October 2026

A young woman bargains with a demon, only to lose her heart… sounds like my kind of spooky season read.

A Court of Splintered Harmony (A Court of Thorns and Roses #6) by Sarah J. Maas

Release date: 27 October 2026

I’m so excited to return to this world!! Currently doing a re-read of ACOTAR 1 to 5 to get ready.

The Last King of Faerie (The Wicked Powers #1) by Cassandra Clare

Release date: 3 November 2026

I feel like I’ve been waiting for this book for ages, and now it’s almost here and I’m not ready! I haven’t even started The Last Hours yet and I don’t know if I need to have read that series to be able to enjoy this new one. At the very least, I think I need to do a re-read of The Dark Artifices, so maybe I’ll start there. But we’ll see, for now I’m super excited for the beginning of a new Shadowhunter trilogy!

Villain Edit by Rosie Danan

Release date: 8 December 2026

This sounds amazing! I’ve already enjoyed some of Rosie Danan’s previous books, but add in a vampire on a reality dating show? Yes please!
