“WWW” Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted at Taking On A World of Words.
Hi everybody, and welcome to a new WWW Wednesday! For this post, we’ll be answering three questions (the 3 Ws):
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?

I just finished re-reading Dire Bound (The Wolves of Ruin #1) by Sable Sorensen as ebook.
This was one of my favorite reads of 2025 and I wanted to do a re-read in anticipation of the sequel releasing. And I still loved it as much as the first time! 5 STARS. [My full review]

I just finished reading Dating After the End of the World by Jeneva Rose as ebook.
I really enjoyed the premise of this (romance during a zombie apocalypse) and I felt for the fact that our main character didn’t have a normal childhood because of her doomsday-prepping father. There was a lot of action and the pace was fast which made the book unputdownable. But I struggled with both main characters, as I felt they acted more like teenagers than actual adults. Unfortunately I also didn’t fall for the romance as a result. 3 STARS

I am currently (still) reading This Inevitable Ruin (Dungeon Crawler Carl #7) by Matt Dinniman as audiobook.
This is a big one, but I’m in the final 5 or so hours of listening so I’ll be there soon (and then I can dive into the newest release)!

I am also currently reading Fury Bound (The Wolves of Ruin #2) by Sable Sorensen as ebook.
I’m happy I did a re-read and I got to dive right in! I’m really enjoying this so far.

As usual, I’m a huge mood reader so who knows what I’ll be reading next? Until the moment I pick up a book, not even me knows. But here are a few possibilities I’m thinking of.

Tell Me:
What are you currently reading?
Have you read any of these books already?

I think I’m #143 for Fury Bound at my library. I might get my hands on it before the next book comes out. LoL

Oh wow, that’s a lot of people before you indeed… I hope they’ll all read very quickly so you’ll still get your hands on it soon!
Aww, I’m sad you didn’t like Dating After the End of the World as much as I did! The premise is really great.
I was sad too! I did really love the premise, the action and the pacing… it was mostly the main characters I struggled with unfortunately.
I should be reading Fury Bound soon!!
I hope you’ll love it! I just finished and wish I had book 3 already 🙂
Looks like some good books. I seem to be on a Schwab kick and just started This Savage Song.
Oh, I still need to read This Savage Song… Hope you’ll enjoy that one too!
