“WWW” Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted at Taking On A World of Words.
Hi everybody, and welcome to a new WWW Wednesday! For this post, we’ll be answering three questions (the 3 Ws):
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?

I recently finished reading Tourist Season by Brynne Weaver as ebook.
really enjoyed this one, though I have to say I was a bit confused near the end when there were still quite a few unfinished plotlines and open questions… only to find out this isn’t a a trilogy of standalone companion books like Brynne Weaver’s Ruinous Love Trilogy, but a trilogy that actually follows the same characters over the course of 3 books. So that left me a bit confused, but it’s okay as I now have the second book to look forward to! That said, I wasn’t as in love with this one as the Ruinous Love Trilogy, but it’s still a solid read for spooky season. 4 STARS

I am currently (still) reading Assistant to the Villain (Assistant to the Villain #1) by Hannah Nicole Maehrer as physical book.
I’m getting repetitive as I’m not really making any progress on this one – maybe I need to shelve it for now and pick it up again when I’m feeling it more.

I am also currently re-reading Empire of Storms (Throne of Glass #5) by Sarah J. Maas as audiobook.
I’m in the final stretch so this will probably be finished in the next 2-3 days! (Also, I’m not ready to live through that ending again)

I am also currently reading Not Quite Dead Yet by Holly Jackson as ebook.
I’m a few chapters in and already hooked! I want to know what happened, but also, I know my heart will be broken by the end of this one and I’m not looking forward to that.

As usual, I’m a huge mood reader so who knows what I’ll be reading next? Until the moment I pick up a book, not even me knows. But here are a few possibilities I’m thinking of (including my planned re-read of Tower of Dawn and Quicksilver in preparation of Brimstone):

Tell Me:
What are you currently reading?
Have you read any of these books already?

The end of Empire of Storms always breaks me!
I am so excited for Brimstone!! I hope we both enjoy it!
Good Spirits looks like it’s going to be a fun one!
