Hi everybody and welcome to a new Top Ten Tuesday! Today I’m listing 10 satisfying book series I loved. These book series all fulfill the following criteria:
- They are finished (possible spin-offs or novellas not included)
- They have at least 3 books
- I read and loved all installments (at least a 4-star rating)
- AND I remember enough about them, or read them recently enough, to confidently be able to say I’d still love them today.
Let’s go!

The Windy City Series by Liz Tomforde
To be completely honest, it did take me a bit to get into book one, but I’m glad I didn’t DNF too early because this entire series has become one of my all-time favorites. Not only the romances are amazing, but the found family that grows between all of these characters is just *chef’s kiss*.

The Lovelight Series by B.K. Borison
The fact that I’m itching to re-read this entire series once a year should say enough. I adore this one.

The Green Creek series by TJ Klune

Is it becoming obvious I’ve got a thing for found families? Because no one does found families better than TJ Klune.

The Ruinous Love Trilogy by Brynne Weaver
I never thought I’d be into dark romances, let alone serial killer romances, but Brynne Weaver has a way to make these books hilarious and fun and not too gory or scary for a scaredy cat like me. But above all, she made me care for this characters and root for them to get their HEA.

The Night Huntress Series by Jeaniene Frost
Vampires have never been so much fun as they are in this series. Cat and Bones have amazing chemistry and my Buffy/Spike shipping heart has been revived by them.

The Red Winter Trilogy by Annette Marie
You didn’t think I’d make this list without a mention of my ALL-TIME NUMBER ONE FAVORITE SERIES, did you? This fantasy based on Japanese mythology makes me feel all the emotions every single time. An amazing world with intriguing characters and a heart wrenching romance.

The Shades of Magic Series by V.E. Schwab
Technically there is a spin-off series that is not yet finished, but I’m counting the original trilogy as a finished series so here it is! This fantasy series that spins three different Londons is a classic to me. I re-read it last year and it is still AMAZING.

The Knockemout Series by Lucy Score
Another wonderful contemporary romance companion series! So much humor, so much heart and (again) a lovely found family throughout all three books.

The Captive Prince Series by C.S. Pacat
Not a series for everyone as it’s very controversial, brutal and graphic, but it’s also to this day one of the BEST enemies-to-lovers stories I’ve ever read. The character development and romance development was pure genius.

The Throne of Glass Series by Sarah J. Maas
I’m in the middle of a series re-read at the moment and I’m only reminded how amazing this series is as a whole. Heartwrenching, but amazing.

Tell Me:
What are some of your favorite satisfying book series? Any we have in common?

I see so much reader love for The Lovelight novels. The Shades of Magic books and Sarah’s TOG series also get lots of love too. 🙂
