The Most Recent Additions To My (Physical, Ebook & Audio) Book Collection

Hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl

Hi everybody, and welcome to a new Top Ten Tuesday!

Today we’re showing the most recent additions to our book collection, and since my book collection is a mix of physical books, ebooks and audiobook, I’m listing my latest additions for each of those!

Physical Books

Heartstopper volume 4 by Alice Oseman

This graphic novel collection is just the most adorable and I need every issue as a physical copy.

Ariadne by Jennifer Saint

I got this one for Christmas – isn’t the cover the prettiest ever?

The City of Brass by S.A. Chakraborty

Another Christmas gift, so I can FINALLY binge this series in 2022.

Lore Olympus volume 1 by Rachel Smythe

I’ve been loving this webtoon so much, so I got myself the physical copy of volume 1 for the holidays.

Ebooks

Wolfsong and Ravensong by TJ Klune

I just purchased and read Wolfsong by TJ Klune and loved it so much I IMMEDIATELY purchased the sequel Ravensong right after that.

If This Gets Out by Sophie Gonzales & Cale Dietrich

I purchased and read this in December when it was released and I absolutely ADORED it. Read my full review here.

The Savage & The Swan by Ella Fields

I read this in December and unfortunately it just wasn’t a me-book, despite it being an adult enemies-to-lovers fantasy standalone.

Audiobooks

Shades of Wicked and Wicked Bite by Jeaniene Frost

Well, this is quite the Jeaniene Frost extravaganza, isn’t it? My last two listens were books 1 and 2 in the Night Rebel series and the listen before that was…

A Grave Girl’s Getaway by Jeaniene Frost

This novella set in the Night Huntress world was a fun return to the world and characters that I love.

Well Matched by Jen Deluca

Also the world of the Renaissance Faire and this little town full of lovely characters was a fun and recent audiobook listen!

    1. It does sound so good!

  4. I started reading Ariadne last year but wasn’t in the mood, I’m hoping to try again this year. The cover is definitely the prettiest!

    1. I understand completely, sometimes the mood is just not right and then it’s better to wait for another time instead of forcing yourself to read and not enjoying the book as much as you could.

      1. Exactly!

  5. Aw, Heartstopper… love that. I still need to read Vol 4. Wolfsong has been on my Kindle for so long. I need to make it a priority this year.

    1. Heartstopper is the most adorable thing ever. I thought Wolfsong was amazing, would definitely recommend.

  6. Ariadne is on my TBR! Hope you enjoy all of these, Lindsey!

    1. Thanks so much Mareli!

  10. I liked Well-Matched very much. I liked it better than the second book, in fact.

    My list is here: https://fiftytwo.blog/2022/01/11/top-ten-tuesday-ten-authors-who-deserve-more-love/

    Happy TTT!

I have read and adored Wolfsong and The City of Brass!

    1. Sophie, I FINALLY read Wolfsong and LOVED it! I hope to read City of Brass soon too 🙂

  12. I loved Well Matched. I bet the audio is good. I need to read more Klune. I can’t wait to hear what you think of those two.

    1. The audio for every Well Met book has been great so far, I’ve loved them all. Oh, I’m absolutely in LOVE with Wolfsong (and Ravensong which I’m currently reading)! They’re very different from Cerulean Sea or Whispering Door and yet they have that same TJ Klune essence… I hope to be able to write a review soon 🙂

  13. Yay for more TJ Klune books! I hope all of these are great reads for you. 🙂

    1. I’m absolutely loving these TJ Klune books, so far they’ve all been amazing 🙂

  14. Looks like you’ve got some fun reading ahead of you. Enjoy!
