So social media and screentime are such a huge thing nowadays, and I think I fall somewhere right in the middle of the debate. I love social media and think it is an amazing tool, but I also think too much is not good and a social media detox every now and then can be great self-care.
I’m also in the middle in that I use it myself in waves, either I’m on it A LOT or I’m not on AT ALL. Consistency, what’s that? Oh well 🙂

It’s funny, my husband has absolutely no interest in social media, and I’m on it basically all the time – and it works for us!

Such a great quote. I’m all over the place with social media. Some platforms I’m on a lot – too much honestly, some I sign up for accounts and then never go back.
