My Favorite K-Pop Choreo’s {Something Different Sunday}

Favorite K-Pop Choreos

Hi everybody and welcome to a brand new Something Different Sunday, where I talk about something different than books šŸ™‚

Today I’d like to talk about two things I love, namely dance and music. I’ve been in a dance club since I was a little kid and I’ve always loved music of all genres. But it was especially when I discovered the wonderful world of k-pop that those two aspects just seemed to come together in the most wonderful way. Because here is an entireĀ world of music that puts a major focus on dance. There are intricate choreographies everywhere, a lot of k-pop idols are amazing dancers and best of all, they even post all of their choreo’s on the big old Youtube.

So basically, I am in heaven. And really, what better way to share the love than to write a blog post about some of my favourite choreo’s so far? Here we go!

Hi everybody, and welcome to a new edition of Something Different Sunday, where I talk about something different than books!

One thing I love about the end of the year? Making lists. Now, any time’s a good time to make lists, but there’s something about looking back at a year andĀ rememberingĀ favorites throughout that time period that I just love. And seeing as there’ll be plenty of book related end-of-year lists, I’m taking the opportunity here to talk about my favorite songs of the year!

To help me do this, I’m going for a sort of chronological order, so from my top songs during the beginning of 2017 until now. Here we go!

Songs That Keep Me Going

Hi everybody, and welcome to a new edition of Something Different Sunday!

Today I’d like to talk a bit about music! As you may already know, music has always been an important part of my life. I’m someone who forms big emotional connections to certain songs and as such, music plays a really big part in keeping me motivated. It’s also something that always manages to get me through tough times. So I figured, why not talk about some of those songs? For me, sharing these songs is a way of opening up and sharing my thoughts and feelings with you, without getting too personal and whiny, but on the other hand, perhaps these songs can help someone else as well!

I figure this will be a recurring topic, so I’d like to start with songs I relate to a very specific time period, namely my personal experience with the first half of 2017.

Hi guys, hope you’re having a great Sunday!

First of all, what? how is this even related to books?

Well, it isn’t. In fact, this is the first installment in a new ‘series’ I’m starting on this blog, which is “Something Different Sunday”. Because, as much as I love books and everything to do with it, I also love a lot of other things. And while I’ve been in a slight blogging slump lately, I noticed that I did enjoy working on posts such as the Anything But Books Tag and my Top Fandoms. So I decided to open up my blog just a little bit to things other than books and like that, “Something Different Sunday” was born!

Basically, this is the time for me to talk about non-book related things I enjoy, such as music, movies, TV or just discuss or rant about general topics that are on my mind. I know not everybody’s here for that, but don’t worry, there will still be plenty of book-related stuff here as well!

But for today, let’s talk K-pop!

March 2016: The Month Of Reading Slumps, Divide, The Death Note Musical, J-Dramas and… K-Pop? {Monthly Wrap Up}

March 2017

Hi and welcome to my March wrap up!

My March was… well, quite different from January and February readingwise. For the first two months of the year I was on a reading roll. I read an amazing amount of books in those months. But in March, it all came to a standstill and the reading slump hit hard! No particular reason, I just haven’t felt like reading at all. I also put myself on a book-buying ban for the whole month of March, so I could catch up on my TBR and the books already on my shelf. So… THAT WENT WELL.

If not reading, what have I been doing with my free time? Well, I’ve mostly been binge-watching Japanese drama series and anime. Yep. I am curious to see what April will bring. I do hope to get back to reading because I do miss it, but I just don’t want to force myself.

So anyway, here’s my complete March wrap up.
