Welcome to a new Top Ten Tuesday!

Today’s all about books with sensory memories, meaning I have vivid memories of where I was and what was going on while I was reading them. Sometimes the reading of a book becomes just a vague memory, where you know you read that book but you no longer have any idea when you read it or what was going on while you read it. But sometimes, for some reason, a book still brings back vivid memories of the time you read them. Here are some of mine!

Hi everybody, and welcome to a new Top Ten Tuesday!

In honor of Thanksgiving week in the US, today is all about being thankful. More specifically, what books we are thankful for.

Now, I’m thankful for a lot of books. For lots of reasons. So narrowing this down was… tough. I decided to split it into categories as to why I am thankful for a book in particular, which came a little easier for me. But I would just like to note that some of these books definitely fit into more than one categorie. And I am probably forgetting a lot of books as well. But anyway, here it goes!

Hi guys, and welcome to a new Top Ten Tuesday! Today’s all about books to read in one sitting.

Now, when I think about one-sitting reads, I think about feel-good YA contemporaries.

Because as much as I love fantasy, I usually try to pace myself a bit more while reading it and make it last. Contemporaries, on the other hand, depend on the subject matter. Heavy, dark contemporaries dealing with tough subjects take more time to read. Because they’re tough and I need time to arm my heart.

But fluffy, adorable, feel-good contemporaries? I INHALE READ THEM. So yes, the books most likely to be read in one sitting by me are the feel-good contemporaries. These are perfect reads for a self-care day. Get a blanket, snacks, drinks and anything else important within arms’ reach, settle in, and GO!
